I expected the ‘premium sateen’ pillowcases to be soft and smooth-feeling on my face. These are not. I was quite surprised to encounter this rough texture, as everything else I’ve ordered from The Company Store has been just as described, and always of good quality. We moved into a new home a couple of years ago and purchased bath linens for 4 bathrooms and bedding exclusively from The Company Store—it was all great. As they are not returnable, we’re stuck with the pillowcases for now—and I’m shopping elsewhere for a replacement.
