For the fill, we use only down, which ensures that all of the down and feathers in our pillows comes from ducks and geese that have been treated humanely.

Do not machine wash or dry clean in a commercial machine or use do-it-yourself cleaners. The pillows are made in the USA and the pillow shell is imported from China

Hello Mary, - The down in the organic pillow is our European Duck Down. A few tiny pin feathers may get through the sorting process but no feathers with quills.

Hello Mimi, we do recommend dry cleaning as washing the pillow could cause the thread on the shell to get damaged or for the down to get lumpy and not able to loft properly. Thank you for your inquiry.
