I am very happy with these beautiful placemats. I needed a set of four, but I like to purchase six in order to be able to easily swap out one or two if they get soiled. So decided to purchase two sets of the green color, so I have eight in all. Much to my surprise, that gives me four identical ones! I didn't expect that. I can still mix and match to my heart's content if I want. I just bought another set, this one in the blue color! It's true that they shrink. But since I thought they were a bit too large before, I'm happy now! They look more puckered too. The size is now perfect for me, 17.25 by 12.5.

I bought these “mix and match” placemats, supposedly one of each pattern. I received 2 of one pattern and two of the other pattern. Very disappointing. They are pretty, but not what I want.
