Customer Reviews & Questions
Review Summary
Summarized by generative AI from text of customer reviews
Customers overwhelmingly praise these bath rugs for exceptional softness and plush texture, with most describing a spa-like, hotel-quality experience underfoot. The thick, cushioned feel is the primary driver of satisfaction. Many report excellent absorbency and appreciate the 100% cotton construction, which machine-washes well and maintains fluffiness. The reversible design receives consistent praise for versatility, with color options like smoky blue and caramel complementing modern bathrooms. A few note the rugs lack non-slip backing and may slide on tile, while some mention white versions show dirt easily. Overall, most customers consider these a worthwhile, luxurious addition to their bathrooms.

I’ve been slowly designing my home and the bathroom and a quick and easy way to make you feel put together. I love the company store and was so exited to find this Mirage bath rug in this beautiful color caramel. I bought a matching bath mat and now I wake up and immediately have a mood boost. The bath rug is so soft underfoot and the pile is perfect at offering extra cushion when I’m getting ready in the morning. Highly recommend!

Perfect Bath Mat!
This is a high quality and very attractive bath mat that is long enough to serve floor coverage for two side by side sinks. And it vacuums up beautifully and does not skid. I’m ordering a second mat right away!

Great
Looks fantastic and customer service was great when I had to exchange the ones I originally bought because they were too thick. These are perfect - the door glides right over them and they are still very plush feeling.
