Sent me the wrong product and since I didn’t realize until after I broke down the packaging told me to go to the grocery store to ask for used boxes to ship back instead of just providing one at UPS. Also no replacement option, you just have to buy it again and hope they send you the right one while waiting for the refund to hopefully process. Lol. Ok. Just cancelled the order and got a refund. Got a blanket from there that’s coming apart after only 2 years. Quality is clearly slipping across the board. Sad it took me this long to see it.

To restore the loft of your mattress pad after it has been compressed in packaging, remove it from the packaging and give it a good shake to help fluff it up. Lay it flat and allow it to breathe for 24–48 hours. For quicker results, you can place it in the dryer on low heat with a few clean tennis balls or dryer balls to help redistribute and revive the fill.
