I am sure that the quality of these pillow shams is high. I ordered 2 sets of shams and a matching king coverlet. Your site showed one remaining coverlet in stock, and my order went through. My coverlet apparently became unavailable before fulfillment. I would expect a company with such a good reputation to have customer service call me to ask if I would like to change my order to a different color or style. Instead, you sent the shams only. If you had called, I would have gladly changed my order. Instead, when I called you, you offered a return and told me a call from customer service to help me would have never happened. The shams arrived, I did not even open the box, and I took it straight away to my local UPS store, expecting a full refund. Today I see that you held back $13.79 from my original payment. I'm disappointed, and although I have happily ordered from The Company Store for a long time, I now will not do it again because of the lack of customer service.

This is my fourth Norfolk bedding ensemble. Master BR and a guest BR in our primary home and the master and a guest BR in our beach home. Guests have asked where I bought them. They wash beautifully too.
