Customer Reviews & Questions
Review Summary
Summarized by generative AI from text of customer reviews
Customers overwhelmingly praise the mattress pad for its exceptional comfort and transformative sleep quality. Most describe it as cloud-like, plush, and hotel-like, with many noting it converts firm mattresses into luxurious sleeping surfaces. Reviewers consistently highlight the secure fit with deep pockets and elasticized design that stays in place throughout the night. The high-quality construction, machine-washable care, and ability to maintain softness after washing are frequently mentioned strengths. A few note it could be thicker, but the vast majority find the cushioning ideal and report deeper, uninterrupted sleep with noticeable relief from discomfort.

Cushy Light
This just gave my too firm mattress the luxurious cushiness it needs, and I love that I can wash this pad in my own washing machine.

Cozy
Comfortable to the point that I forget about it, which is the point! It's got a bit of loft which feels cozy when I get into bed but not distracting.

So happy I found this pad
If you bought a mattress that is too firm then this pad will literally change your life. Not an exaggeration. Now I’m able to finally sleep in all the way again instead of waking up in the middle of the night. It feels like sleeping in a hotel bed.

If you bought a mattress that is too firm then this pad will literally change your life. Not an exaggeration. Now I’m able to finally sleep in all the way again instead of waking up in the middle of the night. It feels like sleeping in a hotel bed. Also I tried the equivalent topper first and found that too cushiony. This pad makes for the perfect balance. So much cheaper than replacing the mattress too!

I bought this after buying another similar one elsewhere. I've been trying to decide between the two, and the truth is, it's been difficult. But this one seems to lead me to sleep better, and it's made of higher quality cotton, so I've decided that it wins! It has a LOT of loft (more than shown in the photo) and seems very well made. For the price, I feel I got a very good item, and it's almost more of a topper than just a mattress pad.

My hand tufted McCroskey CA King mattress is only a year old. The tufts are bothering me. Don't want a mattress topper. Would any of your pads help with the tufts?

Hi JeanH. The Legends Hotel™ Premium LoftAIRE Ultra™ Down Alternative Mattress Pad. Although we are not able to speak to your particular mattress. Our featherbed, soft bed and mattress toppers will provide the thickest, most plush cushion topper for your mattress. In the alternative, our mattress pads with down, down alternative fill, wool pad or memory foam would be our recommendation.
