Hi Molly. The Legends Hotel™ Linen Blackout Window Curtain. The curtain panels are sold individually. Each panel is 50" wide. The panels are offered in different lengths: 63", 84",96" or 108". If you need a panel on either side of your window, yes, you would purchase quantity 2 of the curtain panels. The item number you provided is for the Blackout Window Curtain. The liner is attached to the curtain panel as shown in the photo array. Should you prefer the Legends Hotel™ Linen Window Curtain, that is item number 58026B, your curtain panel will have an attached cotton liner, also shown in the photo array.
