Surprisingly effective
I have just used one wool ball for two times of full load drying and could not believe that sheets came out without wrinkles that usually are there and indeed it did lower the drying time!

We all love them, we noticed clothes, towels and blankets dry faster and less or no wrinkles. I can't imagine doing laundry now without them. I just bought three more sets, my girls don't know it yet but theirs are getting replaced too. Don't hesitate ... you will not be sorry.

Can I add essential oil to the dryer ball?

Hi Jess. The Wool Dryer Balls. By separating wet items in your dryer, these laundry miracle workers not only reduce wrinkles but allow air to circulate evenly and efficiently. We cannot make a recommendation regarding essential oils, however, essential oils can be flammable and stain clothes, so it's important to use them carefully. While some people may use essential oils for laundry without issue, we are not able to recommend since, it technically isn't safe to use essential oils in the dryer. Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Nan ~ Wool dryer balls typically last for 2-5 years, depending on how often they are used. Once you notice that the dryer balls look very worn and pieces of wool are starting to tear off, it is time to replace them. Thank you for your inquiry.
