An excellent option for those with sensitivities to down, this pillow is offered in three degrees of firmness to suit all sleepers. Encased in a finely sewn shell of smooth cotton cambric.

Not Really Firm
I thought by spending considerably more than I typically do on pillows I would get a product that met my expectations for firmness. While this pillow is nicely constructed, it is not firm, I would say it's medium.

Not good for side sleepers

What is the drop on the medium firmness pillow?

The LaCrosse™ LoftAIRE™ Down Alternative Pillow - Medium. Our pillows are measured by density, Soft, Medium or Firm via ounce weight. We do not have a measurement of thickness to provide. The medium density should loft up to a few inches, and provide enough density to support your head and neck if you are a back sleeper. Your pillow should be fluffed after use and it will loft back to its full capacity. Thank you for your inquiry.
