Bulky pillow
It has helped my knee and leg pain some, but it is really bulky. Turning over at night, I have to sit up to adjust the pillow comfortably.

This pillow is great because it has a depression in the center that allows your legs to settle into it and it works well. It helps keep my legs at the proper angle so my back does not get strained as I sleep on my side. I also put it under my knees when lying on my back. I would recommend this pillow.

I bought this pillow in April 2024. At first, it was amazing and the unique shape truly was a distinguishing feature. This pillow was also lightweight and easy to flip for those who like to switch which side they sleep on. However, in the last 3-4 months, the interior fill has really broken down and the pillow no longer provides nearly the same level of support. For the cost, I don’t think it’s worth it for less than 2 years of useful life and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing unless you’re prepared to replace every 2 years. I will be replacing with a much less expensive regular pillow.
