I sleep with this behind my arthritis damaged neck every night to keep it from cramping up. It help keep the muscles relaxed and spasm free. I will never be without a neckroll pillow again. I love The Company Store Pillows the most, the feather pillows last and are excellent quality.

This is not a neckroll pillow. It is a bolster pillow as it's hard as a rock. The feathers poke out of the cover and scratch your neck. Awful product!

I love my pillow, but I wish the new one was a firm as past purchases. The amount of feathers in the pillow has decreased, leaving it pretty soft. The pillow goes flat with one use.

A chiropractor taught me years ago. Under the neck with a little twist will create traction/ pull down the spine. Sleep like that to correct mis alignments in your sleep. It works. Smooth out the feathers in the middle
