Super soft pillow cases!

Nice pillowcase
These are nice pillowcases and look great on our bed. They are soft. My only complaint is that they are a little bigger than I was expecting them to be, but it’s not an issue.

Soft and comfortable pillowcases
I'm loving these pillowcases! They wash up beautifully without shrinking and seem to get softer with each wash. The material feels soft yet sturdy and seem like they will last a long time. They also offer plenty of space for my king-sized pillows.

put-together, but they are still breathable and comfortable to sleep on. The sateen finish is super smooth and soft right out of the package and only gets better with washings! The enclosure keeps the pillows tucked in neatly without slipping out.
I admit, I’m someone who appreciates a good ironed pillowcase and these iron up crisp and smooth.
Overall, they feel like an upgrade- well made, comfortable and worth it!

I own two sets of these pillowcases - one set bought about 8 years ago, and one set bought two weeks ago - and they do have an envelope enclosure, so I don’t understand your answer. They are not open ended as you say.

Thank you for your inquiry. The Legends Luxury™ Luxe Smooth Egyptian Cotton Sateen Pillowcase Set. This collection includes a flat sheet, fitted sheet, sheet set, pillowcases, duvet cover, and sham, each sold separately. The flat sheet and pillowcases from this collection are finished with rows of elegant pintucks. This appears on the hem. We have researched your order history going back to 2017. We see that you have purchased both pillowcases as well as pillow shams from this as well as from various other sheet collections. Our pillow shams have an envelope closure. On your most recent order from November, your pillow cases should be open ended with the pintuck stitching on the hem. If you received a pillow sham in error, your sham will have the envelope closure and plain flat flange around the edge. If this is the case, we apologize. Please contact us at 1-800-323-8000. Our customer service group can assist with a return and replacement order with the correct pillow cases.

The Legends Luxury™ Luxe Smooth Egyptian Cotton Sateen Pillowcase Set. These pillow cases do not have an envelope closure. Our pillowcases are open ended with a large hem as shown in the photo array. Thank you for your inquiry.
