I just received two of the duo neck pillows and they are wonderful. We love the support our necks get and the gentle but effective cushoning.
HOWEVER, there is a major design flaw in these pillow covers. The covers do not have enough slack to allow one to feel and benefit from the neck support. It's like a trampoline stretched over the area that is supposed to support your neck.
Take the pillow covers off and use a regular large enough pillow case and you'll see what I mean.
These are not worth buying as they honestly are defective. It's a hassle now to have to pack up and pay to return two covers that are total duds.
What happened to quality control? Is there a new manufacturer?
Company Store has always had great products so hopefully this is a one off.

I did not have too much expectations when I ordered this pillow from The Company Store. I did not like the pillow even when I received it, but I decided to give it a chance. Amazingly, after two nights the pain in my back started to go away! I think, I found a pillow I was looking for.

The pillow case is not big enough for the pillow. Due to its tight fit, it compresses the pillow making it too high and tight for my comfort.

This a great product! The pillow offers excellent neck support and it is heavier in weight, so the pillow doesn't move around while I sleep. The pillow cover fits perfectly as the pillow is a larger shape than a standard or queen pillow.

I waited months for this out of stock item. I thought it would be shaped like the pillow. It's just a regular cotton pillow cover. I could have bought this a lot sooner and most likely for a less expensive price. It's nothing special.
