This is a good lumbar for support. It looks a bit more like a tube shape when in the case, and my case isn’t overly tight

A: Hi Peggy- Unfortunately this item does not come with a pillow cover. We do sell covers that will fit them perfectly. We have them in a cotton twill (od53), velvet (od12) and a cotton duck (od29). Thank you.
