They also had a tag that indicated they'd been made for Home Depot. If I'd received these inferior pillows with my first order, I would not have reordered them. They're adequate, but not the quality I expect from The Company Store.

The tag is indicating made for Home Depot as The Home Depot acquired The Company Store in 2017. We are sorry that the pillows you received on your recent order were not as full as the ones ordered in November, however, they are two different pillows. In reviewing your orders, in November you ordered our item 11135A our Down Alternative Firm Density Pillow. Your most recent order was for our 10024C which is the same pillow but in a medium density and would not be as firm as the density ordered in November. If you wish to return the medium density pillows, we gladly accept returns for a refund within our 90-day return policy and provide a free shipping return label by following the instructions at the link indicated below. The item 11135A Firm Density Pillows you ordered in November could then be ordered and would be the same as those ordered in November. I've been using this medium size (16""x20"") boudoir pillow as my regular sleep pillow, and loving it. But the covers available are more for decoration - too loose a weave and not good for everyday sleeping or laundering. I've been using some VERY old Company Store zipper pillow cases that were great, though a bit too big (approx 17""x22""), but the fabric is finally wearing out and the zippers are breaking. I need new zipper cases in a soft high-thread-count cotton that can be washed hot and put in the dryer.

Hi Julie ~ Unfortunately, the only pillow covers in 16 x 20 medium boudoir size are the Concord Covers 83035 and the Linen Covers 83146. At this time that is all we have. Sorry to disappoint you.

A: Hi Peggy- Unfortunately this item does not come with a pillow cover. We do sell covers that will fit them perfectly. We have them in a cotton twill (od53), velvet (od12) and a cotton duck (od29). Thank you.
