Superior to down
These pillows are great for lumbar support for my bad back and hold their lift and shape for many years. They are also superior to the down pillows which shed pokey feathers.

No More Annoying Feathers
Outstanding throw-pillow inserts! We selected the larger lumbar size in the down alternative, and they are perfect! Soft and plushy but they hold their shape and no annoying feathers popping through! Super quality!!!

Hi Peggy- Unfortunately this item does not come with a pillow cover. We do sell covers that will fit them perfectly. We have them in a cotton twill (od53), velvet (od12) and a cotton duck (od29). Thank you.
