First off lemme start by saying as someone who has had 15 spinal surgries, ive tries ATON of pillows. This is definitely within my top 3. I toss and turn alot because I can never get fully comfortable. This is for sure the type of pillow you would use for a back sleeper. Side sleeping is okay too (once it breaks in a bit) its so nice its soft but still has alot of structure. Its a pillow that will contour around you head and neck for support buy NOT memory foam. Ive been using this pillow for almost 1 month now and I can definitely say my husband is not getting this one. If you have any type of spinal issues id definitely reccomend this baby. When I first got this pillow, I was immediately impressed. It arrived in it's own zippered bag with a handle. I choose a standard size that was supposed to offer medium support, and initially, I was concerned. The pillow seemed far softer than I expected and very quickly compressed upon first use, making me worried I would wake up with a sore neck. However, I was pleasantly surprised.
