I am disappointed in the change of the shams. The opening is now towards one end of the pillow instead of in the middle as previously. The pillow now pops out all the time and it has to be adjusted each morning. I hope you go back to putting the

We are sorry to hear that the Classic Cool Cotton Percale Sham - Merlot, wrinkles more than expected. To reduce this we recommend placing this in the dryer on Tumble dry low, air fluff, or no heat, (dryer balls recommended), remove promptly from dryer, then smooth by hand before placing on the bed. It is great that you love the item otherwise, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

nice shams just not the color I thought they were and they are marked as non-returnable. They are a lot darker than in the photo, I thought they were more yellow/golden but they are more on the tan/brown side.
