Review Summary
Summarized by generative AI from text of customer reviews
Customers overwhelmingly praise the scalloped quilt for its exceptional quality and elegant design. The scalloped edges are highlighted as a refined, defining feature that elevates bedroom decor, while the white and blue color options are described as fresh and versatile. The 100% cotton fabric is consistently praised as soft, breathable, and luxurious, becoming even softer after washing. Reviewers commend the even, strong stitching and ideal weight that suits both hot sleepers and cooler seasons. Most find the fit perfect for queen and king beds, though a few note it runs slightly short. Overall, customers consider it a beautifully crafted, durable investment.

So cute!
This is a very nice quilt. The green color is very pretty and the stitching looks good! It's definitely not winter weight on it's own, but it was a perfect top layer for my bed. Washed up very nicely. Scalloped edge is adorable.

Bought the king Blue Sea scalloped quilt for my daughter. Her bed is a queen but I thought the over hang would look better. It is gorgeous to look at especially with the scalloped edge. The fabric is soft and the quilt is top quality. Made beautifully. It is hard to find any cotton bedding as well made with these beautiful fabrics, outside of The Company Store. Superior! After washing it is wonderfully lofty. Light weight but warm. Perfection 😊

This quilt is absolutely gorgeous, well-made, beautiful, soft, cotton, the stitching the quality is top-notch. The regular price was not really in my price range. I bought the pale blue on sale for my daughter. And when it arrived, I immediately went to the website to buy myself one, unfortunately, it was not at the deep discount that I bought the week before, and I was not able to purchase it due to the price. But I will keep my eye open to see when it goes on sale with a deep discount. And for sure, we’ll buy myself one. It is top-notch spectacular highly recommend. Lightweight but warm and the quality is off the charts.

Very nice quality
This is very nice quality, feels nice and not too thick. I have a cal king, so I like when my comforters fall over the edges. This seemed a little shorter than my usually ones but it’s pretty nonetheless. The scalloped edges are a cute touch. It’s a

It came packaged nicely. It doesn't come with pillowcases you would think for the retail price it would include them. Will this quilt shrink a lot after being washed? I have washed king size quilts that have shrunk so much, that they didn’t fit my bed anymore.

Hi Terry. The Company Cotton™ Scallop Quilt. Generously sized, the king size quilt measures 108" x 92". This quilt has been pre-washed for lived-in softness. Shell: 100% cotton. Fill: 100% cotton, 275 GSM. Quilted by hand. When laundered according to instructions, any shrinkage should be minimal to none. Thank you for your inquiry.

I'm looking for an all cotton, no polyester, bedspread XL Twin light blue. Do you have this available?
Carolee83
02/15/2026
Hi Carolee. The Company Cotton™ Scallop Quilt - Blue Sea, Twin/Twin XL is a 100% cotton quilt that measures 70" x 90". It is not a bedspread size. We suggest our Company Cotton™ Putnam Cotton Matelassé Bedspread - Denim, item 50170M. The twin size measures 80" x 110". Contact us at 1-800-323-8000 to request a fabric swatch so that you may view the fabric prior to purchase. Thank you for your inquiry.

Will the full/queen actually fit a queen? From my measurements, it seems that it won't fit a queen very well.
Lisa
06/13/2025
Hi Lisa. The Company Cotton™ Scallop Quilt. Our quilts are designed to lay on top of the bed and hang down on the sides just far enough to cover the sides of your mattress and meet the top of the box spring or footboard. The Full/Queen: 90" x 92". This size should fit either a Full or a Queen size mattress. If you have a Queen size mattress that is 60" x 80", this leaves 15" to hang down on either size as well as 12" at the foot of the bed. Thank you for your inquiry.

Is this quilt considered light weight enough for the summer months? We have your Company Store Pintock Quilt which we love but it’s too warm & thick to use in the warmer months. Thanks…

Hi Cookie. The Company Cotton™ Scallop Quilt. Stitched by hand on cotton, this textural quilt is a versatile, year-round layer. Shell: 100% cotton. Fill: 100% cotton. 275 GSM. The Company Cotton™ Pintuck Quilt is the perfect zephyr-light layer for warmer nights. Shell: 100% cotton. Fill: lofty 100% poly fill. 200 GSM. In comparison, the Scallop Quilt is a heavier weight than the Pintuck Quilt. This information can be found in the product overview on the product webpage.
