I have a memory foam mattress and had previously been using mattress “protectors” as recommended by the merchant for many years. The old one wore out over time and I replaced it with a similar but much heavier product that made me feel hot. As soon as the weather turned warm, it became too uncomfortable to sleep on. This company store mattress pad is perfect. I love that it is nearly all cotton, thin and moves just enough with my memory foam. I’m sleeping much better (cooler!) and am very pleased with this purchase. It fits perfectly on my bed.

King size beds are 76""x80"", but this king pad is 78""x80"". Why is this? The other sizes match the dimensions of the mattress. Could this be the reason that some people say it bunches or has one side too long?

A: We recommend the Company Cotton Mattress Pad be laundered in a front loading washing machine, without an agitator, cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach if needed. Tumble dry low in a large capacity dryer. Do not iron. As long as you have this at home, you would not need to use a commercial laundry. Thank you for your inquiry.
