It was so much fatter than expected, I checked to make sure the right order had been sent and it was as ordered. I struggled to get it into the pillow case which was a Company Store pillow case. I can't imagine what a firm for medium fill one would be like. I was hesitant to buy a pillow on line for this very reason. I need a very soft pillow that is not very high. The only reason I gave this a 2 is that the store made it easy to return the item for a small restocking fee. Otherwise I would have given a 1.
