Bought this to replace a boll and branch firm king sized pillow. I was hoping it would be more firm. I think the boll and branch pillow was less expensive and had more down filling in it. I've had chronic neck issues for years so I spend a lot of money on a new pillow every year or so and I've owned 4 boll and branch pillows so I feel like I have a good basis for comparison. Next time I buy another pillow, I will likely go back to b&b unless the extra premium version of this pillow is on sale and closely priced.
To someone who's never spent much on a good quality pillow, I think you'll be very happy with this pillow. But if you're picky like me, you may want a firmer pillow filled with more down feathers than what this will provide.
Side note: the pillow bag/protector that comes with this pillow is an amazing bonus. I can't believe I've never owned one before now. Definitely a plus over boll and branch but probably not enough to sway your purchase decision.

Hi Deb P. The Legends Hotel™ Best Down Premium Pillow. Plumped with lofty 625 fill power 75% USA duck down/25% feathers and encased in a shell of smooth combed cotton twill. Available in your choice of soft, medium, and firm densities to suit all sleeping positions. We manufacture these pillows in our warehouse. Our soft density pillow has a set amount of ounces of the down and feather fill, making the soft, our recommendation for stomach sleepers. For the medium density, we add more fill to the same size pillow shell. This increases the density and we recommend this density for back sleepers. For our side sleepers, who need the most support, we add the most fill, into the same size pillow shell for extra support. Your firm pillow will still have a soft, comfortable feel, however will support your head and will not bottom out or flatten in use. Thank you for your inquiry.

The Legends Hotel™ Best Down Gusseted Premium Pillow. Gusseted options feature gusseted 2 in. side walls for support. This feature is shown in The photo array. Gussets will provide Structural support, even support distribution and higher loft. The non gusseted pillow provides comfort and support but may need more frequent fluffing.
