Loved these in the past so bought 4 new king size. They came folded and jammed in to plastic shipping bags, leaving permanent creases where the down was crushed. Even tried fluffing them up in the dryer. No dice - still creased. Seems like a cost

Company Store knows better than to fold down pillows. 5 stars for Christie in customer service tho!
