This pillow is marketed as soft, for stomach sleepers. I would almost say that this leans into “extra soft” because as soon as you lay your head down it’s basically like laying on the mattress. It compresses almost completely. For stomach sleeping it’s okay but it takes a bit of doing to get enough support. Definitely not enough support for side or back sleeping, unless you are stacking pillows. Overall, this is great quality but leans toward too soft.

This is the pillow I've been waiting for. Top quality through and through which I felt was worth it given how important my sleep is to me. I'm glad I got the gusseted version - as a side sleeper it gives my head added support.

Pillow is perfect. Soft but not too soft. I bought a medium before and it was too hard so would recommend this one if you like to sleeping on your back or side.

The medium firmness is supportive enough for side sleeping but still soft and comfortable for back sleeping. I think the gusseted edge gives it nice structure and helps it hold its shape better than my other pillows. The down fill feels high quality: fluffy, breathable, and doesn’t clump. I also appreciate that it’s made with hypoallergenic down. I took off one star for the price. While it seems worth it so far, it’s still on the expensive side.
