Was going to return it, but luckily got the ungusseted one to try out and decided to keep both! This is good for the loft and support, but we can't let the Company Store ungusseted Medium go either! They are good to fit to the need of the moment, night by night! Neck feels better. These are very good pillows!

I am keeping this, although it isn't real firm, because it is obviously as a very good quality and will work best for certain nights. Also keeping our Medium Gusseted, as that is a little more firm and taller, for support reasons. Gonna have both in a Medium & keeping both!

Looks and Feels Quality
