If you like a very neat bed, it might now suit you, as it does give a bumpy appearance under a quilt, but we love it, and it has made a difference in sleep quality for my husband and myself. This topper arrived in an enormous but very flimsy box that was absolutely crushed and destroyed, exposing the thin plastic bag the topper was in and potentially the topper itself. Note that the topper *cannot be laundered.* Customer service advised me I would have to pay myself for a new custom box to return it if I wished to return it, because the original shipping box was not usable. The product is enormous, so I would have had to order a custom box at my own expense. Since the company is responsible for the state of the box, I should not have to shoulder this expense.

The Legends Hotel™ Down Alternative Mattress Topper. 15 in. baffled quilted squares keep the fill from shifting for exceptionally consistent comfort. 4 in. gusset allows the fill to fully loft for supreme comfort for sink-right-in comfort. Even with regular fluffing, we also recommend to rotate your topper on your mattress, from side to side, top to bottom, also flipping it over. The fill may tend to billow around you and seem higher around the edges than where you lay. Regular fluffing and rotating on the bed should minimize this. Thank you for your inquiry.

A: The Down Alternative Mattress Topper has a 4 in. gusset allows the fill to fully loft for supreme comfort for sink-right-in comfort. A: Hi Casey. The Down Alternative Mattress Topper. You may put your mattress pad on first and sleep directly on the Topper using a cover or fitted sheet covering it. Or you may put your mattress pad over the top of the Topper. What every you prefer. It will be easier to rotate the Topper and shake it out as recommended, if used on top of the mattress pad. A: Hi Sue. Once you receive your Down Alternative Mattress Topper, it is a good idea to remove your topper from the packaging right away, and lay it out on the bed. The topper should fluff up to the full capacity within 24-48 hours. This product should not have any odor, you may only notice the newness of the fabric which will subside.
