Small but Mighty
Even after reviewing the item details and reviews I wasn’t sure what I was ordering. The pillow is small, only as wide as my shoulders. But it works perfectly to open chest area. I have thoracic outlet syndrome and this pillow has helped me.

neck and shoulder pillow
This is the best pillow I have found for neck and shoulder pain. It is much thinner than a regular bed pillow. I have tried others but this one works.

I received my pillow today, and before I use it, I want to make sure. The way the lady in the photo is laying on it is the way it is intended to be properly used? It sort of seems as if the neck should be on the opposite semi-circular side for support.

How thick/deep is the middle part of the pillow? I generally sleep on my back on a towel folded in 3rds--so, approximately half an inch. Is this pillow much thicker than that with weight on it?
