I bought this tree skirt on October 30th and didn’t receive it till December 24th. I was aware that it was a presale item but was told the expected ship date would be November 14th. I didn’t receive any notifications that the item would take longer or was back ordered. When I contacted container service they basically just said “Oops. Sorry.” And nothing else. Very frustrating and disappointing experience considering the price of items from The Company Store.

Lovely tree skirt
Bought this year for a new tree and looks great. The color is slightly darker than the photos but overall a great heritage piece! Material is very soft and seems to stand up well. The size is perfect for my 7 foot tree.
