We absolutely love the texture and weight of this comforter. We are big fans of jersey sheets and this is similar material. We have washed it and it held up well. I am really hoping it continues to hold up well after many washings.

A: Hi Lorie Ann. The Air Layer Quilt will hold up well when laundered according to instructions: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Remove promptly from dryer; do not iron. Excessive washing is not recommended. For our family dog, we lay a cotton blanket on top our of quilt/comforter, and that is his place to snuggle/lay. It is easy to remove and launder. Thank you for your inquiry.

Will this jersey fabric snag? My dog likes to sleep on my bed and I'm afraid her nails will snag the fabric.

A: The Air Layer Quilt. Shell: 100% cotton knitted. With any cotton knit, it may be possible for a dog's nails to snag the fabric. With our dog, we put another blanket or throw on top of our comforter, and that was her special place to curl up. Thank you for your inquiry.

How lofty is this quilt? It says it's filled but is it really just a flat quilt? Also, someone said that wrote a review said that the off-white wasn't really off-white. Is it more of a white white or a cream? Thanks!
