We are sorry the Legends Hotel™ 4-Piece Best Down Pillow & Protector Bundle - King that you purchased in the Soft, Medium and Firm density did not meet your expectations. This premium pillow features 600 fill power, hypoallergenic white European down for the ideal balance of softness and support, and the protective cover prevents it from gathering dust or getting stained. Fill: 75% RDS white USA duck down /25% feathers. Shell: Sewn of 245-thread-count combed cotton twill. Available in three density levels: soft, medium and firm. Cotton pillow protectors protect your pillows affordably. The soft cotton zippered cover extends the life of your pillows by keeping them clean and dust-free. Since the fill is mostly down, 75%, which is a soft commodity, together with 25% feather fill a firmer more dense fill, we do not put as much fill in the Soft density pillow. Recommended for stomach sleepers, we do not want your head to be elevated to cause neck pain. For the Medium density, we add much more fill into the same size pillow shell making this pillow more plump. Your head may sink in during use, but should not bottom out. For our Firm density, even more fill is put in to the same sized pillow shell for our side sleepers. If you are not familiar with a down filled pillow, it will not feel so heavy or firm to the point of being "hard" but will still feel soft, since down is a soft commodity, but your head should be elevated and not bottom out in using the Firm density. We have a 30 return guarantee. We encourage our customers to try out our pillows and get used to them, break them in so to speak. This may not happen after only one or two nights of use.
