Encased in a finely sewn shell of soft cotton cambric, it’s offered in three densities for all types of sleepers.

very disappointed in the support. Although I like a soft pillow, I also need one that does not flatten completely and bounces back. it is no better than pillows i have paid much less for. I hope I can still return it.

My husband is happy with this firm king pillow I bought to replace another Company Store pillow purchased about a year and a half ago. We paid $160 for the previous pillow, and it was essentially unusable after a little over a year (had just deflated so much). While I was initially advised that TCS pillows are covered under a lifetime warranty, upon further investigation by the customer service rep, it was determined that the two pillows I happened to buy about a year and a half ago are NOT covered. While I am very disappointed that a $160 pillow only lasted for a year and a half, I am hopeful that this one will last longer. I am also hopeful that the "lifetime warranty" will, in fact, be honored should we need a replacement.

I found the pillow slightly noisy making a crunching sound. I did not feel the pillow got too warm though, seemed cool for a pillow flipper like me! I will let my kids decide if they’d like it as they tend to prefer a softer pillow. I will say it was comfortable when I was on my back.

HI Debbie. The LaCrosse™ Down & Feather Pillow. This pillow is 50% down/50% feathers. Since feathers do not have a fill power, we would not have a fill power number for this combination or for the fill power of only the down. However any down that we used in our pillows is at least a 500-550 fill power since we do not have down with any thing lower than 500. This pillow is available in Soft, Medium and Firm densities. We recommend the firm density for side sleepers, as this has the most amount of fill. Thank you for your inquiry.

Side sleepers should choose a firm, extra firm, or gusseted pillow that contours and cradles the head, neck, and shoulders, providing an even sleeping surface to help keep the body in a horizontal line.
