How do I request a free catalog for myself or for a friend?
If you'd like to receive our FREE, full-color catalog, or send one to a friend, just click here. You should expect to receive your first copy in about 10-14 days.

Do you offer any digital versions of your catalog?

We have three different types of digital catalogs through Google Catalogs, iCatalogs, and CoffeeTable. Currently these can only be viewed with an iPad or Android tablet. To view the catalogs, download the Google Catalog App, iCatalog App, or CoffeeTable App from your device.

How do I inform you of an address change so I can continue receiving your catalog?

To update your account with your current address, please call us at 1-800-289-8508 or send us an email at custserv@thecompanystore.com and include both your previous and your new addresses.

Do you have any other catalogs I might be interested in?
Our sister catalogs include Domestications and UnderGear. You can also visit our corporate site.

I receive more than one copy of your catalog. What should I do?
Save a catalog, save a tree! If you're receiving extra copies of our catalog please call us at 1-800-289-8508 or let us know via email at custserv@thecompanystore.com. Be sure to include your complete address as it appears on each catalog you receive.

I no longer wish to receive The Company Store catalogs. How do I get my name removed from your mailing list?

To be removed from our mailing list, please call us at 1-800-289-8508 or send an email to custserv@thecompanystore.com. Include your complete name and the mailing address you would like us to remove. If you have a catalog handy, please include the customer number found in the pink box above your name. We will promptly process your request, but since we prepare for our mailings months in advance, you may receive one or two more catalogs before your name is completely removed from our files. We regret that we can not prevent this mailing and appreciate your patience and understanding.

I don't want my name, postal address or email address sold to outside parties. How do I inform you of my preferences?
When you sign up to request a catalog, or place an order with us, you will be able to tell us your preferences at that time. If you would like to change your preferences at any time, you may email us at custserv@thecompanystore.com. Please be sure to include complete information. We will process your request as quickly as possible, but due to circumstances beyond our control you may receive mailings from a third party for a short time after your request.

What is your privacy policy?
Our privacy policy tells you what kinds of information about you we have access to and maintain, who else may have access to your information, and what we and they may do with that information. Be sure to read our privacy policy in full by clicking here. Within our privacy policy itself you are given the opportunity to inform us of your privacy preferences as they may change over time.
