Lifetime Guarantee

Lifetime Guarantee:
All products manufactured in our La Crosse, WI factory are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. These products may be returned at any time* (certain exclusions apply). We will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or merchandise credit (excluding delivery and service charges). Look for this symbol throughout the catalog and website which indicates the product carries a Lifetime Guarantee.

La Crosse, Wisconsin factory, and we'll do whatever we can to make sure you're completely satisfied. Please see our FAQ’s below if you are unsure if your product falls under our Lifetime Guarantee.

1. What if there are quality issues with my product?
Any quality issues as a result of the manufacturing process (seams coming apart, down leaking, etc) would qualify.
2. What if I changed my mind?
If the merchandise received was originally ordered correctly, it cannot be returned after our 90-day return policy. Any changes to size, color or quality are not permitted.
3. Whose lifetime does the "lifetime guarantee" cover?
The guarantee covers the lifetime of the person ordering.
4. What if the merchandise was stained or damaged?
Returns beyond normal wear and tear are not allowed. For example, any stains or damages resulting from a pet would not be allowed.
5. Is the lifetime guarantee retroactive?
No. The lifetime guarantee only applies to purchases after February 10, 2006.
6. Do I need a receipt, proof of purchase or tags attached?
No. All orders purchased within two years should be in our system. Additional procedures will apply for orders older than 2 years. Tags need not be attached to merchandise. However, if the merchandise is clearly from another company and/or manufacturer we will not accept the return.
7. Is the lifetime guarantee applicable to employees?

Yes. The exchange, refund or merchandise credit, whichever you prefer excludes delivery and service charges.
9. What are my return options?
We will offer a replacement of like merchandise, merchandise credit (equal to current like item) or provide you with a refund.
10. How do I return the merchandise?
You will need a return authorization. Please call us at 1-800-289-8508 for assistance. We will search for your order and give you the information you need to include with your return, including your order number.
