Why is product unable to ship to 4 states?

A: Hi Diana ~ At The Company Store, we follow strict governmental regulations and test our products against harmful substances to ensure you and your family are safe. Certain states require additional testing on childrens products. Because we had not participated in that level of testing previously, we were unable to ship to those states. We are pleased to announce that all new products are receiving the extended testing so that childrens products can soon be marketed to all states.
