Q:I don't understand the description about the tabs vs. the rod pocket. I bought them and the curtain would look the same whether I slide the rod in the pocket or in through the tabs. What am I missing or can you provide a photo of the different looks, please.Asked on 5/9/2017 by Elle from Chicago
A:Hi Elle. The Sheer Linen Window Panel. The 2-in-1 construction of these sheer curtains allows for a more casual look with rod pockets or hidden back tabs for a more formal look. Our photo shows the curtain using the rod pocket. If you slide your rod through the tabs and gather, you will get a more formal look resembling the pinch pleated drapes of the past. I googled: hidden back tab curtains, clicked on: images and saw many photos showing the effect. Thank you for your inquiry.
Q:The description of these curtains says they have a pattern... is that description an error? These look solid to me (no pattern).Asked on 3/14/2017 by Molly from GA
A:Dear Molly - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Sheer Linen Window Panels are solid as shown. The description belongs to our GR36 Briarcliff Linen Window Panels and was mistakenly added to the description of the Sheer Linen Window Panels. We have reported this error to have the website updated. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.
Q:Do these come as a pair, or do I need to order 2 to get a pair?Asked on 3/5/2017 by Howard from Washington
