How do I become a member of the InCompany Rewards program?
Opening a The Company Store®/Company Kids credit card account will automatically enroll you into InCompany Rewards. To open an account, simply call 1-800-285-3696 (TDD/TTY 1-800-990-8799) or open an account online by clicking here. Subject to credit approval.
Who is eligible?
Anyone with The Company Store®/Company Kids credit card account in good standing is eligible. All The Company Store®/Company Kids cardholders are automatically enrolled in the InCompany Rewards program.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend* on our catalog or online at thecompanystore.com or companykids.com when you use your The Company Store®/Company Kids Credit Card. Earn additional points through special offers and promotions.
When can I begin to earn points?
You can begin earning points once you open a The Company Store®/Company Kids credit card account. If you already have a The Company Store®/Company Kids credit card account, you can begin earning points immediately!
Does it cost anything to be in InCompany Rewards?
No. There are no fees associated with the rewards program.
When will I receive a certificate?
You will earn a $10 Reward Certificate for every 200 points you earn*. Points and Rewards will be earned by season. Your Reward will be mailed to you after each season with an exclusive look at our newest arrivals and special collections just for InCompany Rewards members!

What are Reward Certificates good towards?
The certificates may be used on any future The Company Store®/Company Kids catalog or thecompanystore.com/companykids.com purchase (merchandise only). Reward Certificates are good for one time use only and cannot be used on prior purchases or as payment on your The Company Store®/Company Kids credit card account. Certificates may be combined with other offers.
Do my points expire?
Reward points never expire; however, if your account is terminated for any reason, you will forfeit all points. Reward Certificates expire after 180 days. Check the expiration date on each certificate you earn.
How do I check my point balance?
Your point balance will be available to you on your monthly paper or electronic billing statement.
How are points adjusted for returned merchandise or other miscellaneous credits to my account?
If you return an item or receive a credit on your account, the appropriate points will be deducted from your total points earned.
What do I do if I think there is an error in my points or my points are displayed incorrectly?
Questions regarding your points should be directed to The Company Store®/Company Kids Credit Card Customer Service at 1-866-230-7070 (TDD/TTY 1-800-695-1788).
Can I save up my points for larger rewards?
You may save certificates and combine them for a larger purchase, but keep in mind that each Reward Certificate has a 180-day expiration period. Check the expiration date on each certificate you earn.
Do Reward Certificates expire?
Yes. They must be redeemed by the expiration date printed on each Reward Certificate. Expired certificates cannot be reissued.
What do I do if I lose my Reward Certificate?
Lost, stolen or expired certificates cannot be replaced.
Do gift card purchases count toward points?
Yes, the purchase of gift cards with your The Company Store®/Company Kids Credit Card counts towards points.
I don’t have my The Company Store®/Company Kids Credit Card at the moment. Can you look up my credit card number so I can earn points?
When placing an order on the phone, simply tell your The Company Store® phone representative that you would like to place your order on your The Company Store®/Company Kids Credit Card. They will verify your personal information and then place the order on your The Company Store®/Company Kids Credit Card. When shopping on thecompanystore.com or companykids.com, you will be reminded to use your The Company Store® Credit Card so you never miss an opportunity to earn points.
