The Company Store® has entered into an agreement with Borderfree to allow you to see your total landed price including all duties, taxes, delivery and service charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Here is some additional information for our valued Canadian customers:
How do you ship to Canada?
The Company Store® fulfills online Canadian orders through its associate, Borderfree. Simply add items to your order and click on Canadian Check Out to complete your order. You will see your total landed price including all duties, taxes, delivery and service charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. You will pay Borderfree the total amount for your order in Canadian dollars (which means that Borderfree will bill your credit card) and we will ensure that products get right to your door.

How much duty do you charge on Canadian orders?
Determining your duty rates depends on many factors (Product, Country in which the product was manufactured, etc.). To know the exact duty charges before you buy, simply add items to your order and check out through our "Canadian Check Out." You will see the exact duty charges prior to submitting the order.
How much tax will I be charged on my order?
Borderfree is required to charge to all Canadian customers GST/HST as applicable depending upon the Province to where the shipment is made. GST/HST as it applies to the product and duty values is a reimbursement to Borderfree for the GST/HST paid by Borderfree on your behalf when the goods clear customs. Borderfree will also charge you GST/HST on the Borderfree Delivery and Service Charges and/or Return Delivery and Service Charges. Any shipments made to Ontario addresses will be assessed the Ontario Resale Sales Tax ("PST") by customs upon crossing the border; Borderfree pays this on your behalf and includes the amount to be reimbursed by you to us in your quote.

What are your delivery and service charges for Canadian orders?
Our delivery and service charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. We will tell you the exact charges for your desired item(s) before you actually place an order.
What are my shipping options to Canada?
The Company Store® currently offers only ground shipping to our Canadian customers:

What will show up on my credit card statement
Upon shipment, your order will be billed to your credit card by our international service provider, Borderfree. Borderfree will appear as the billing company.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree once your order clears the Canadian border.
What exchange rate is applied to my order?
Real-time exchange rates are applied to your order. The rate charged to you is a guaranteed amount - this will not change once your order is confirmed. To know the exact price before you purchase, simply add items to your order and check out through our Canadian Check Out. You will see the exact price for your order in Canadian dollars before you actually place the order.
How do I track my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package clears the Borderfree international facility and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier. All other inquiries should be directed to email@example.com.
Who was I really shopping from if I see Borderfree on my Credit Card Statement?
The purchase of any product from The Company Store® while using the Borderfree Shopping Fulfillment Service offered by Borderfree shall be a transaction solely between you and The Company Store® Any question, request for support or dispute you may have regarding any product should be addressed directly to The Company Store® Borderfree, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates or any of its or their respective employees, agents, officers, directors or third party service providers has no responsibility or liability for your relationship or dealings with The Company Store® or any products you acquire from The Company Store® including their quality and performance, including, without limitation, any failure in delivery of said Goods to the Borderfree Distribution Center in the U.S., which shall be the sole responsibility of The Company Store®
At what point does title pass to me?
At no time does Borderfree take title to or responsibility for any products that it may acquire, ship or accept on your behalf. Title in or to any products shall at all times remain with, as applicable, The Company Store® or you. The passing of title from The Company Store® to you shall be determined in accordance with the The Company Store® standard terms and conditions but, in no instance will Title pass from The Company Store® to you at a time later than that of the receipt of Goods at the Borderfree Distribution Center in the U.S.
Will you engage a Canadian Customs Broker?
By ordering goods from The Company Store® you authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by Borderfree to act as your agent, and to transact business with the Canada Customs Revenue Agency (CCRA) to clear your merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to The Company Store® and to prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that you return. You understand that the CCRA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that you will obtain the refund directly from Borderfree. In this connection, you also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by CCRA in your name, so that Borderfree can be reimbursed.
What happens if I buy something that cannot be shipped into Canada?
The Company Store® and Borderfree shall each have the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse to provide service with respect to any merchandise or quantity of merchandise you choose to purchase. This right shall exist at all times, even after The Company Store® or Borderfree have accepted your purchase instructions.
The purchase process requires you to give us your billing and shipping addresses and credit card information directly to Borderfree, along with The Company Store® This information is provided to Borderfree to allow both Borderfree and The Company Store® to process and fulfill purchase instructions and to contact you with status updates and service-related information.
In order to protect you, The Company Store and Borderfree from fraudulent transactions, Borderfree may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address and credit verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. Borderfree also reserves the right not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses, at its discretion. In the event that Borderfree chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by The Company Store®
The Company Store® and Borderfree reserve the right to co-operate with local, provincial and national authorities in investigations of improper or unlawful activities and this may require the disclosure of personal information. Each of The Company Store® and Borderfree may also report to other organizations about improper or unlawful user activities on Borderfree and this reporting may include disclosure of personal information relating to those individuals conducting such improper or unlawful activities.
To what degree can I deem Borderfree responsible for any part of the processing of my order?
BORDERFREE IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHARACTER, QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, QUANTITY, SIZE, COLOUR, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY PRODUCT ACQUIRED BY YOU OR ON YOUR BEHALF FROM THE COMPANY Store® OR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF THE COMPANY Store® THE WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR A PRODUCT, IF ANY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE COVERAGE OFFERED BY THE COMPANY Store® OR THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOME WARRANTY PROGRAMS ARE VALID ONLY IN THE NATIONAL JURISDICTION WHERE RESIDES AND THAT IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE IF THE WARRANTY PROGRAM FOR ANY PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE WILL BE HONOURED WHERE YOU RESIDE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BORDERFREE SHALL NOT, IN ANY CASE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNTS WHICH EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PARTICULAR ITEM BEING PURCHASED OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER OR NOT SUCH BORDERFREE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
