Q:that are the dimensions of this blanket I want something that will tuck under the mattress and have found many blankets do not. Thank you beckyAsked on 10/6/2017 by Becky from GA
Q:Hi, I'm trying to decide between the PrimaLoft Deluxe Classic Blanket and the Lacrosse primaloft Blanket. My husband gets very hot and we need the lightest weight blanket/comforter possible for the duvet cover. Thanks!Asked on 10/2/2017 by BEth from Medfield, ma
A:Hello Beth - The PrimaLoft Deluxe Classic Blanket and the LaCrosse PrimaLoft Blanket would be the same super light weight. The difference between these items would be the shell and stitching. The PrimaLoft Deluxe has a 300-thread-count combed cotton sateen shell and is stitched in a double diamond pattern. The LaCrosse PrimaLoft has a 295-thread count cotton twill shell and is stitched in squares. Either of these would be a great option for a lightweight down alternative blanket. These blankets are not intended to be used inside a duvet cover as they are very flat and will not fill out the duvet cover properly. The are intended to be used without a cover and are both machine washable. We do have a 90 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 90 days. Thank you.
Q:We want to purchase the twin size or twin XL Primaloft blanket or comforter. Can this size be washed and dried at home? We are concerned about the filling shifting, etc.
Thank you.Asked on 9/17/2017 by April from Kingwood Texas area.
A:Hi April- The Primaloft deluxe blanket and comforter are both machine wash and dry. We would recommend a large washing machine that does not have a center agitator and a large dryer. The twin and twin XL size would be fine to wash at home. Thank you.
Q:Shell is supposed to be cotton. The only fabric label on the blanket says it's
100% polyester. (I know the PrimaLoft fill is polyester). What is the fabrication
of the shell?Asked on 9/13/2017 by no nickname from New Jersey
Q:What does a lifetime guarantee cover on this blanket?Asked on 7/25/2017 by Bonnie from New York, NY
A:Hi Bonnie - Our lifetime guarantee covers manufacturer's defects. The lifetime guarantee does not cover normal wear or misuse of the product. Here is a link for more information on our lifetime guarantee http://www.thecompanystore.com/service-faqs-down-lifetime-guarantee.html . Thank you.
Q:When will this be available in the queen size in the silver? I am looking for a light grey tone and the platinum looks a shade darker than the silver. Also, will this be warmer than the lacrosse blanket?Asked on 7/24/2017 by alaskan from anchorage, AK
A:Hi - Unfortunately the silver is a discontinued color and will not be restocked in the Primaloft Classic blanket. We have the LaCrosse PrimaLoft blanket available in silver(KO73). The warmth of the two blankets are about the same. Thank you for your inquiry.
Q:what is the difference between cloud blue and sterling blue in the primaloft deluxe classic blanket? I don't want a baby blue, I want a little green in it, a blue-green.Asked on 6/9/2017 by Liz from MI
A:Hi Liz - The Sterling blue would have more green in it, but it is a discontinued color. The Cloud blue is a blue with some gray in it. We have swatches if you would like to see, just call our customer service for a sample,1-800-285-3696. Thank you.
The PrimaLoft Classic has 27 oz. of fill and the Down Classic has 17 oz. of fill (Full/Queen size). Will the Prima Loft be a lot warmer, or will they be comparable since they are filled with different material?
Thanks!Asked on 6/7/2017 by JS from NY
