Q:I received the floor lamp, and love it, but the shade will not stay straight. There were no instructions with it, so I'm not even sure if there might me a missing piece that would help with the adjustment. Any ideas?Asked on 4/12/2017 by La Rae from Poulsbo, WA
A:Hi La Rae- On the lamp base where the light bulb goes you should see a black ring that you can remove. Then put you lamp shade on and replace the black ring. If you need further assistance please contact our customer service department at 1-800-323-8000 Monday-Friday: 6am-Midnight CST or Saturday & Sunday: 8am-5pm CST. Thank you.
