What is The Company Store "Rest-Easy" guarantee?
At The Company Store, we're not satisfied unless you're satisfied. If, for any
reason, you're not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an
exchange, refund or merchandise credit , whichever you prefer, within 90 days
of receipt (excluding delivery and service charges). After 90 days, no returns
will be accepted.
All The Company Store, products are made to the highest-quality standards, most
right here in our La Crosse, Wisconsin factory, and we'll do whatever we can to
make sure you're completely satisfied.

What is The Company Store "Lifetime" guarantee?
All products manufactured in our La Crosse, WI factory are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.
These products may be returned at any time (certain exclusions apply).
We will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or merchandise credit (excluding delivery and service charges).
Look for this symbol throughout the catalog and website which indicates the product carries a Lifetime Guarantee.

How do I return an item to The Company Store?

How do I exchange an item for a like item (The same item but a different size or color)?
If you've kept your packing slip, fill out the exchanges/returns portion of the form with the replacement item(s) size or color you would like to order, and include it when sending your return merchandise.
Shipping charges to return the original item is the customer's responsibility (unless the exchange is due to damage or error on our part). Your replacement item will then be shipped to you at no charge. If you have specific questions about exchanging an item, please call us at 1-800-289-8508.

How do I exchange an item I've received for something else?
If you've kept your packing slip, fill out the exchanges/returns portion of the form with the item(s) you would like to order, and include it when sending your return merchandise. If the amount for the new item(s) exceeds the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; delivery and service charge can not be refunded unless the error was ours), please include payment for the additional amount, including delivery charges. How do I return or exchange a gift bought for me from The Company Store?
For Exchanges: Fill out the form on the front of your packing slip as you would
for a regular exchange (see above). If you're not exchanging the item(s)
immediately, we will send you a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the
item(s) you're returning. If you are exchanging the item(s) and the amount for
the replacement item(s) exceeds the cost for the return item(s), please include
payment for the additional amount (you will not need to include delivery and
service charges). If you do not know the price of the item you are returning,
you may search for it on our site (enter the item number from your packing slip
in the search field in the bottom right-hand corner of this page) or call us at 1-800-289-8508
.

I lost my packing slip. What information do you need for my return?
If you've lost your packing slip, call us at 1-800-289-8508
for assistance. We will search for your order and give you the information you
need to include with your return, including your order number. Ship your return
merchandise to the address above -- don't forget to include your order number
with your package! We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot
give credit for items that we do not receive in our operations center.

What do I do if The Company Store shipped me the wrong item(s) or my order was
damaged in transit?
For fastest service, call us at 1-800-289-8508 or email us at
CustServ@TheCompanyStore.com
with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and
the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to
you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but
you will be credited for the return upon notice. We will assist you in
returning the original shipment for a full refund, including delivery and
service charges.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Depending on the method you use to return the item(s) to us, it can take up to
7-14 days for us to receive your parcel. If you placed your order with a credit
card, the credit should be applied to your account, and should appear on your
statement, within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. If
you ordered by check, your refund check will be processed for mailing
by first-class mail, within 7 days of the time we process your return.
