What methods of payment do you accept?
Whether you're ordering through our Web site or by mail, phone or fax,
you can pay for your purchases with The Company Store® / Company Kids® Credit Card,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network or American Express. For mailed in orders,
you can also pay by check or money order
(please do not send cash).

When is my credit card charged for my order?
Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped.
If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order,
you will be billed as the items are shipped. Shipping fees, as well as taxes,
if applicable, are charged on a pro-rated basis as items are shipped.

Do you offer deferred billing? How does it work?
We are pleased to be able to offer Deferred Billing for The Company Store® / Company Kids® Credit Card purchases. U.S. orders only.
At the time of purchase we must authorize the full value of your order which will reduce your available credit by the full amount.
Deferred Billing Disclosure for The Company Store® / Company Kids® credit card:
When you use your The Company Store® / Company Kids® credit card account, no Finance Charges apply on promotional credit plan purchases if the balance is paid in full before the promotional period ends. If you use your The Company Store® credit card and do not pay the plan in full before the promotional period ends, or regular revolving and/or any promotional plan payments are not paid when required for two consecutive billing cycles, under this or any other The Company Store® promotional credit plan, the remaining balance will be included in your regular revolving balance and regular credit terms will apply. As of May 1, 2009 accounts are subject to an APR of 22.8%, this rate may vary, minimum FINANCE CHARGE of $1.00 based on Average Daily Balance.

Can I order online without a credit card?
We currently can only accept online orders placed with a credit card, but we will be offering the ability to order online with a check or money order in the near future. Stay tuned!

Does The Company Store guarantee that my credit card information will be secure?
The Company Store® is committed to taking every possible step toward preventing credit card fraud. By entering your card identification number, you help us to do so:
- Visa, MasterCard and Discover Network: The three-digit identification number is located on the signature strip on the back of the card.
- American Express: The four-digit identification number is located on the front of the card, above and to the right of your card number.
We understand that not everyone is comfortable ordering online with a credit card, but rest assured that we employ high industry standards to create a secure environment for our Web shoppers. You can confidently use your credit card to place your order with us online.
Is my credit card information secure?
In a word, yes. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure our site's security.

information, The Company Store® cannot ensure or warrant the security of any
information you transmit to us or from our online products or services,

our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. When your credit card information is
transmitted to The Company Store® we use industry standard, SSL (secure socket
layer) encryption to ensure the security of your information. We also have
appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect
against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected
from you at The Company Store®. Regardless
of the foregoing, due to the open nature of the internet, we do not guarantee
the absence of theft, hacker activity, electronic or non-electronic tampering,
or computer crime, and we disclaim responsibility and liability for stolen
information, except to the extent of the following commitment we make to you.
We are so confident in the security of our website that we guarantee
the safety of your personal information when you use your credit card to place
an order on our secure site. If you find unauthorized charges on your credit
card as a result of shopping on www.TheCompanyStore.com, you won't pay a penny.
Here's how it works:
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your
bank cannot hold you liable for any fraudulent charges in excess of $50.00. If
your bank does charge you the $50.00 fee, and the unauthorized charges resulted
through no fault of your own from purchases made at www.TheCompanyStore.com, we
will reimburse you the full amount of the liability, up to $50.00. You must
first notify your credit card provider in the manner required by the provider
if you believe unauthorized charges have appeared on your account.

What should I do if I believe credit card fraud has resulted from an order I placed on TheCompanyStore.com?
If you suspect that there are unauthorized charges on your credit card, immediately notify your credit card provider. Then contact our customer service department at 1-800-289-8508. We will investigate your claim and work with your credit card company to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.
