What is an Affiliate Program?
Our Affiliate Program allows you to place links to our web site on your web site. We pay a commission every time someone purchases a product at The Company Store.com through the link placed on your Web site.
Why should I join?
There are many reasons to join! Becoming an affiliate of The Company Store® is free, and you'll make money with very little effort. Plus, as our partner you will be providing your regular users great deals on items for their home!
Does it cost anything to become an affiliate of The Company Store®?
No! It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.
Does my site qualify for the affiliate program?
All sites are welcome to apply, subject to our approval. We will not approve sites which are involved in or promote illegal activity or content. There are no web site traffic minimums so whether your site is well established or new, you're encouraged to apply. We personally review all applications and notify affiliates within 24 hours of their acceptance.
Do I need to have a web site to be an affiliate of The Company Store®?
No! You can also use emails, newsletters, whatever means are available to you to refer visitors to our site. Keep in mind; we will be reviewing each and every application. If we seek further clarification regarding your site activities, please make yourself available to discuss our concerns.
How do I sign up?
First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Then, you complete our online application form. After your application is submitted, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted as an Affiliate, and we will provide you with information on how to get started.
What are the ways an affiliate can earn commissions in your program?
You could earn 2% commission on net sales made to all customers of The Company Store® and 3% bonus commission on customers that haven't shopped with us before. After a 90 day trial period, top performing affiliates who consistently bring in a higher percentage of new customers are eligible for higher commissions. We encourage you to help us find new shoppers to enjoy the advantages of our home furnishings!
How often do affiliates get paid?
When the revenue you have generated for your account exceeds $25 your payment is sent to your address monthly. If you do not reach the $25 minimum within a month, the amount generated is carried forward to the next month. You can view your revenue and sales statistics live on our web site throughout the month to see how you are doing.
Does The Company Store® provide marketing banners for my site?
Yes, once you have joined our program, you will have access to a library of quality banners to select from, in a range of styles to suit a wide range of web site styles. We also supply everything needed to add those banners to your web pages.
Does The Company Store® program offer reporting tools for affiliates?
Yes, our advanced affiliate management system gives you a wealth of information about your progress including number of clicks, number and types of product sold, total revenue generated and much more.
Who processes orders placed at The Company Store® ?
We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest!
How will you know that clicks and advertiser orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a qualifying click or order is made.
In my affiliate reports, what does "Amount Due" mean?
(found in the Commission Junction network report)?
Amount earned prior to 30 days ago and received payment from advertiser. This means, if today is March 15, and you generate commissions from January 31 and prior—this is the amount that is due to be paid to you.
In my affiliate reports, what does "Amount Pending" mean?
(found in the Commission Junction network report)?
Amount in the 30 days prior to the end of last month. This means, that if today is April 15th, and you earned $100 from March 1st to March 30th that is the Amount Pending.
In my affiliate reports, what does "Total Commissions Earned to Date mean?
" (found in the Commission Junction network report) ?
This is the total commission you have earned to date.
In my affiliate reports, what does "Amount Paid To Date" mean (found in the Commission Junction network report)?
This is the amount we have paid to you to date.
When are payments made to me?
Payments are made to you 30 days after a month's accrual. Meaning if you accrued $100 in January, you will be paid in March..
Why have I not been paid?
First, if you have not yet met the minimum commissions that could be a reason. Other reasons may include: it is not yet 30 days after the revenues have accrued; you have not earned any commissions; the money is in the mail; or your site has been under investigation for fraud.
