Q:Hello, is the Wrinkle-Free 300-Thread Count Sateen Comforter treated with any chemicals to make it wrinkle free? Also, is the Creme color a true ivory? It looks white on my computer screen but I want to make sure since I need an ivory color.Asked on 5/30/2016 by Caryn from Syracuse
A:Hi Caryn - The Wrinkle-Free 300 Thread Count sheets are finished with a very small amount of formaldehyde to keep them wrinkle-free. Rest assured, however, that our products meet oeko-tex specifications. The crème is not a true ivory color. Thank you.Answered on 5/31/2016 by Anonymous

Q:Can you please tell me where these sheets come from, and what is done to make them wrinkle free? Have they been chemically treated, and with what?Asked on 5/13/2016 by xs from VT
A:Hello - The Wrinkle-Free 300 Thread Count sheets are imported from China. These sheets are cotton sateen, which releases the wrinkles more effectively than a cotton percale, for example. The sheets are also finished with a very small amount of formaldehyde to keep them wrinkle-free. Rest assured, however, that our products meet oeko-tex specifications.Answered on 5/13/2016 by Anonymous
Q:I am looking for a comforter that is light weight for warmer weather. Currently we have a lightweight down comforter we bought from the company store over 25 years ago. We love it but my husband has developed an allergy to down. Please advise for a replacement.Asked on 5/8/2016 by KB from Pittsburgh, PA
A:We do carry a down alternative called Primaloft. It is available in a light warmth and has similar properties to down, but is hypoallergenic. The item number for the light warmth is CT18.Answered on 5/8/2016 by Anonymous
